Exchanges within the European Union

We gladly accept exchanges (also on reduced items) within 10 days of receipt. However, we can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. The merchandise must be returned in one package. All exchange shipments must be sent using the same service as the original delivery (DPD). We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns sent at different times from one order.

The new style will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is being exchanged.

Withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within 10 days, without giving reasons. The cancellation period is 10 days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, has taken the goods into possession. 

To exercise your right, you must inform us by a clear statement.

(f.e. a consigned mail, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can also use the attached model withdrawal form, which however is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period ends.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the costs of supply (with the exception of the additional cost which arises, if you have selected a different kind of delivery than the Standard delivery offered by us) and repay within 14 days from the date on which the notification about your cancellation of this contract with us has been received.

For this payment, we use the same method of payment that you have used in the original transaction, unless we expressly agreed otherwise; in any case you will be charged fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whatever is earlier.

You have to return the goods immediately and in any case not later than 10 days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if the goods were sent before the end of said deadline of 10 days. You will bear the direct cost for the returning of the goods. You will only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods, where the value loss is due to an unnecessary handling of the same, regarding to their nature, characteristics and functioning.
